Shipping

Domestic orders are charged at a flat rate based on your state. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that shipping rates do not include customs or duties.

General Information

You’ll receive an order confirmation after placing your order, and another email with tracking details once it has been dispatched.

For ACT, VIC, NSW, and lower QLD, I use a specialised art courier who collects twice a month. Delivery depends on their schedule. If you need faster delivery, I can arrange an express courier at an additional cost and will invoice you the difference.

For all other states, I coordinate with trusted courier services to arrange the earliest possible pickup and delivery times.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct. If a package is returned due to incorrect information, you will be charged for reshipping.

Shipping & Delivery

•    Each artwork is carefully packaged for safe delivery.

•    Studio dispatch time is usually 7–14 days (longer if framing is required). Courier delivery time is additional and depends on your location and service used.

•    If you need your artwork by a specific date, please contact me before purchasing.

International Customers

International shipping is arranged and invoiced separately. A separate invoice for shipping will be sent, and your artwork will only be dispatched once full payment, including shipping, has been received.

•    To reduce costs, international artworks can be shipped rolled (removed from stretcher bars) and will need to be restretched upon arrival.

•    Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), charged once it reaches your country. These are your responsibility.

•    If customs inquiries go unanswered and your package is returned, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
