Welcome to my online store. By purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please take a moment to read through them before placing your order.

1. Original Artworks

•    Each original artwork is hand-painted by me and comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.

•    Originals are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Once sold, they are no longer available for purchase as originals.

•    Please note that purchasing an original does not transfer reproduction rights. I may also release the image as part of a print edition.

2. Prints

•    Prints are produced in limited or open editions, depending on the collection.

•    Each print is made with high-quality archival materials to ensure longevity.

•    Colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to monitor settings and print processes.

3. Pricing and Payment

•    All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

•    Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

•    Secure payment options are provided at checkout.

4. Shipping

•    Each order is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

•    Shipping time for artworks leaving the studio is usually 1–3 weeks. This can vary depending on courier services, whether you’ve chosen framing, and other factors.

•    If you need your artwork by a specific date, please contact me prior to purchasing so I can do my best to meet your timeline.

•    International shipping will be sourced and invoiced separately after purchase. This will be an additional cost.

•    To keep costs more economical, international artworks can be removed from their stretcher frame and sent as rolled canvas, ready to be restretched upon arrival.

5. Framing

•    Framing is available and may add additional time to your order before it leaves the studio.

•    If you choose framing, you accept that completion and delivery times may vary depending on the schedule of the framer, as this is a separate service.

6. Lost or Delayed Deliveries
•    Once your artwork leaves the studio, it is in the hands of courier and freight services. While I will always do my best to assist and follow up on your behalf, please understand that couriers are a separate service and delays may sometimes occur.

•    Insurance is included with shipping for your peace of mind.

•    International buyers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties, and taxes in their own country.

7. Returns and Exchanges
•    Due to the nature of original artworks and made-to-order prints, all sales are final.

•    I take great care to represent colours and details as accurately as possible, but minor variations may occur.

•    If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos so I can assist.

8. Copyright and Usage
•    All artworks, prints, and images on this website remain the copyright of the artist.

•    Purchase of an artwork or print does not grant reproduction or commercial rights.

•    Artworks and prints are for personal enjoyment only and may not be copied, scanned, or reproduced without written consent.
